     In the hands of Commercial Flooring's trained professionals, the propane powered 16 Hp Piranha can be used for the large, tough floor removal projects.  We can easily handle glue down carpet, double stick, cushion back, resilient or vinyl tile, wood flooring and artificial turf.

     We can use our machine with or without the back and forth chopping function.  With the chopping function engaged, even the toughest floor covering can be removed cleanly.

     Resilient, floor tile and sheet goods can be removed at a rate of 1,000 to 4,000 sq. ft. per hour, depending on the degree of bond on the floor and the condition of the resilient floor covering.

     The use of propane fuel instead of gas allows for safe use of the Piranha inside enclosed areas.  The Piranha also utilizes an exhaust scrubber that sinificantly reduces the carbon monoxide and hydrocarbon emissions.
